Spotted something brewing on Uniswap Base: $XARA token is showing some interesting on-chain activity. Here's what the numbers look like right now:
24H Trading Volume: Buy side hitting $126,478 while sell pressure sits at $102,650 - that's a decent buy/sell ratio favoring buyers. Liquidity pool at $71,132 looks pretty shallow for now, which means watch out for slippage if volume spikes. Current market cap stands at $93,758.
The buy volume outpacing sell volume is worth noting, though with this liquidity depth, any sudden move could swing hard either way. Typical early-stage token behavior on a smaller chain like Base.
Anyone else tracking this one? What's the narrative behind $XARA - is there actual utility or just early speculation?

Buy pressure is indeed stronger than sell pressure, but with such shallow liquidity... Once a dump happens, it gets instantly wiped out. This is a common operation on Base. Does $XARA have any story?

Liquidity is only over 70,000. How do we play this round... If it pulls up, everyone will have to eat noodles.

With such shallow liquidity, it's really hard to play. When a big whale comes in and pumps the price, retail investors who buy in are truly a bit unfairly treated. For small tokens like those on Base, it's better to just watch and not get too caught up.

With such shallow liquidity, even a good buy-sell ratio is useless. A single large order can break through the price. I've seen many tokens of this kind in early stages.

Liquidity of 70,000? This is definitely defenseless. A single large buy order can shoot it to the sky, while another can smash it back down to the basement. I really don't understand these small-cap projects on the Base chain; it just feels like a casino game.
