Data from December 11th, Eastern US time, shows that Ethereum spot ETFs experienced overall fund withdrawals, with a total net outflow of $42,373,400.

The majority of the outflows came from Grayscale's Ethereum trust product ETHE, which was redeemed by $31,217,500 in a single day. Since its launch, this product has seen a cumulative net outflow exceeding $5 billion, reaching $5.005 billion.

From the data, institutional funding towards Ethereum ETFs remains cautious, especially with the veteran product Grayscale. The continuous outflow of funds reflects that some investors are re-evaluating their allocation strategies.

Grayscale is really about to be finished, $5 billion just ran away Institutions are all fleeing, and we're still here HODLing? ETH is looking pretty risky this time... It seems the big players are also bearish, so funny Outflows are so fierce, it feels like the bottom hasn't arrived yet Grayscale's redemption has led to doubts about life, so heartbreaking Institutions are probably all bottoming out with Bitcoin With this data, can ETH still rebound? The bear market is like this, see who can survive until the end I really thought Grayscale would hold firm, but uh...

Grayscale is really bleeding out, with a net outflow of $5 billion... Why are all the institutions leaving? Did institutions buy the dip? Or are they really bearish on Ethereum? The ETHE old-timer product needs to be revamped, or it will continue to bleed. What’s going on with Ethereum? Even institutions are starting to hold back. Wait, does this data indicate that institutions are dumping? Grayscale’s ETF products need innovation; otherwise, they might be completely replaced by spot ETFs. I'm a bit worried watching this; all the institutional funds are flowing out... Does Ethereum still have to fall? Are institutions clearing out their positions?

Grayscale's recent plunge is really a bloodbath—$5 billion. How many people had to run for this? Institutions have already exited, and we're retail investors still here... Damn, is someone trying to buy the dip again? I feel like it might drop even more. Who still dares to hold ETHE now? Might as well go straight into cryptocurrencies. $5 billion disappeared just like that—that's the reality. The opportunity comes after everyone runs away, history always repeats itself. Grayscale is gradually falling from the pedestal. When institutions get scared, I knew something was going to happen.
