Still wild that we standardized visual NFTs but audio remains fragmented. JPEG became the universal image language decades ago — why's there no equivalent for on-chain music? Different platforms, different formats, zero interoperability. Someone needs to crack this. The music NFT space won't scale until we solve the format puzzle.

The music NFT space is indeed underperforming, with each platform doing its own thing... It should have been unified a long time ago.

NGL, the music NFT space has really been played out. Everyone is doing their own thing, and it's just not interesting... We've been talking about standardization for years, but it still hasn't been figured out.

Here we go with the same old issues again... I just can't figure out why image NFTs can be so united, but music always has to go its own separate way? I should've seen this coming back when I went all in on music NFTs—there's no unified standard, every platform has its own rules, and the result is a huge loss.

Music NFTs are indeed underperforming... Interoperability alone can kill off a bunch of projects. How could there possibly be large-scale adoption?

The music NFT space has indeed stalled; no one is pushing for standardization at all... If this continues, it will really become a niche thing.
