Brothers, it's another day of green profits rolling in—this feeling is truly addictive.

Last night, I stayed up until midnight, afraid to close my eyes, keeping a close watch on my positions. I saw ETH's downward trend weakening and starting to rebound, so I decisively switched to a long position, then immediately closed and called it a day. Unfortunately, I still didn't catch the ideal entry price, which is a bit of a regret.

When it comes to playing contracts, it's all about patience and timing. You can't rush it. If you get anxious, your mind goes blank, and anger will make you do stupid things. Only by maintaining a steady mindset can you survive in the market for the long haul.

Staying up all night watching the market can indeed help you make quick money, but if you keep doing this in the long run, you'll probably die of a sudden health issue, brother. It's normal to miss out on the best prices; greed often leads to losses. Your mentality is still pretty good. I just feel sorry for your health—no matter how attractive the green gains are, they can't replace sleep.

Almost got stopped out, brother, that's the torment of contracts Staying up all night watching the market really hurts the body. Why not set a take profit and stop loss and then go to sleep? A stable mindset is truly important. I've seen too many accounts blown up over a single trade. It's so tragic. Although I didn't hit the optimal position this time, at least I came out alive. Next time, I’ll keep going.

Staying up all night watching the market really needs to be stopped. Last time, I did the same thing and gave away half of my profits again.

I'm really afraid of staying up late to watch the market. Once or twice is fine, but doing this long-term is definitely too much for the body. --- Wait, hold on. You said you didn't catch the ideal price, so did you end up making a profit or a loss on this trade? --- Staying calm really is the key, but it's easier said than done. Who hasn't panicked in the middle of the night? --- Seeing green profits is definitely exciting, but I'm actually more concerned about how long I can keep this up. What about you guys? --- That's how it is with contracts—one moment of distraction and it's all gone. I think you did pretty well this time. --- Staying up late watching the charts feels like it's just our fate. --- You're right, but I still can't control myself, haha. --- Another day of making a profit but not maximizing it—that's the worst feeling. --- Catching the ETH rebound is already impressive. You're much better than me.

The daily routine of watching the market in the middle of the night, haha, but as long as I can make money, it's worth it. --- Didn't catch the bottom well in this rebound, I'll wait for the next opportunity. --- If you get anxious, you're done for. That's exactly how I tripped up before. --- That moment when it's green is really satisfying, but my heart can't take it. --- Only after closing my position can I get a good night's sleep, otherwise my mentality will collapse. --- Why didn't I catch the lowest point? My greedy habit struck again. --- A true portrayal of contract traders—mentality is more important than skills. --- Every time I say I won't rush next time, but I still end up with shaky hands. --- Just go long on the rebound and close immediately, that's the conservative style. --- Only fellow night owls watching the market can understand this kind of joy, haha.

Staying up late watching the charts really shortens your life, but making a profit feels great. No one can always catch the optimal price, just take it slow. This rebound is truly impressive, I'll try to act faster next time. Having the right mindset is worth more than skills; I've seen too many friends blow up their accounts because they panicked. Trading contracts is just a game of repeatedly beating yourself up—staying steady is the key.

It's still a win even if your position isn't perfect; the key is not getting liquidated. --- Staying up late to watch the market is really torturous, but you can indeed catch some opportunities this way. --- You're right about mindset. I went all in on impulse, and I'm still reflecting on it. --- Green profits feel great, but you're just afraid they'll turn red the next second, haha. --- Missing the optimal price is a regret that everyone who trades contracts goes through. You just have to get used to it. --- Patience is truly the most valuable thing—so many people fail because of this. --- It's already good that you reacted to this ETH rebound; I completely missed it. --- That's how contracts are—one moment of greed and you can give back all your profits.

I really don't want to stay up late watching the market again—it’s too hard on my health.
