A certain exchange recently updated its platform token holding benefits system, and several core features are quite practical.

What exactly does it include? Trading rebate mechanisms, tiered fee discounts, new token subscription eligibility, and on-chain proposal voting rights. These are actually the most common modules in exchange token economic models, and they can indeed save a lot of costs for high-frequency traders.

The holding threshold design is also quite flexible, with different tiers corresponding to different benefit levels. Interestingly, the official team hinted that more new features will be added in the future, likely aiming to enhance the token’s use cases and circulation demand.

Such benefit upgrades are quite common across major platforms, but the key still lies in how substantial the actual discounts are and the chances of winning new token subscriptions.

It still depends on the actual redemption rate.
