Stared at the charts all day again today. Honestly, watching the candlesticks jump around makes my heart race too.
Opened my trading account—reds and greens mixed together, the same familiar recipe, the same familiar feeling. Ethereum has been moving aggressively with the overall market this round, and my account balance feels like a roller coaster. But my long-term strategy hasn't changed—I need to keep my mindset steady.
Last night, I opened a short around 2830, and this move on ETH netted me over a hundred points—a small gain.
The most satisfying trade is still the ZEC one, shorting from 530 all the way down and still holding it. A friend of mine followed this play too, profiting both long and short, with pretty spot-on timing.
That's how the market is—sometimes it's not just about making the right call, but more about patience and execution.

Staring at the screen for so long is going to ruin my eyes, but it's worth it if the profits keep up.
Making some profit from short positions isn't bad, just worried that one rebound will wipe it all out.
Holding ZEC from 530 until now, that's some real guts.
My problem is, who actually has patience anyway?
People with strong execution have probably achieved financial freedom already.

Watched the market all day, and mindset is still the hardest part. ETH's move this time is really fierce.

You’ve been holding ZEC from 530 until now? That’s really wild, I already took profit and ran a long time ago.
---
You’re right, execution is king, more important than anything else.
---
Catching over a hundred points on a short is already a lot. Lately, I end up losing money even when my market predictions are right.
---
That rollercoaster feeling is real, my account's ups and downs are more dramatic than my heart rate, haha.
---
I agree with sticking to the long-term strategy, the key in the short term is not to get shaken out during volatility.
---
Props to those who profit on both sides, I just can’t do it—always end up on the wrong side.
---
Patience is key, but that's exactly what I lack—when I get impatient, everything falls apart.
---
How did you find the entry for that 2830 short? Seems hard to judge.
---
Are you thinking about taking profit on ZEC? Greed is often where things go wrong.
