Many people say the crypto space is a casino, but those who can consistently make profits rely on more than just luck.

I have a friend who just entered the market. He started with only 1,800U, initially just trying his luck, but in three months he turned it into 29,000U, and now he's stabilized at 58,000U, without ever being forcibly liquidated.

What he used is exactly the same three core strategies I used to grow from 8,000U to eight figures.

First, position splitting is the foundation for survival.

I had him divide the 1,800U into three parts, each 600U:
One part for day trading—watch only one trade per day, exit once the target is reached, never get greedy;

One part for swing trading—operate only once every ten days or half a month, focusing on major trend swings;

The last part is the base position—regardless of market fluctuations, this part remains untouched to ensure basic fund safety.
A lot of people go all-in right away, and when the market dips, they face forced liquidation, never even qualifying to talk about profits. In crypto, you need to learn how to survive first before you have a chance to double your holdings.

Second, aim for big profits—don’t waste time in sideways markets.

The market moves sideways 80% of the time, and frequent trading during these periods only drains your funds. Wait for a clear trend before acting—that’s the right rhythm. Also, cash out profits in time. When you make more than 20%, withdraw 30% of it right away; locking in profits is real security. Experienced players don’t trade every day; they either don’t act or try to capture an entire trend when they do.

Third, control your emotions—replace feelings with rules.

Emotional instability is a trader’s worst enemy. I had him set three iron rules before every trade: set a stop-loss at 2% and exit immediately without hesitation if it hits; reduce the position when profits reach 4%, to lock in some gains; never add to losing positions, as doing so increases the risk of being trapped. Emotional trading can ruin your entire plan. If you can control your emotions, the market will naturally give you positive feedback, allowing your funds to grow steadily according to your rules instead of swinging wildly with your mood.

Going from 1,800U to 58,000U wasn’t about luck, but about systematic operation. In crypto, whether you can achieve results doesn’t depend on whether the market is good or bad, but on whether you have a set of rules that ensure your long-term survival.
