After the policy from the 13 ministries was released, USDT/CNY continued to decline and still hasn’t stabilized. I took a look at the exchange rates in other regions and there’s not much change, so it’s most likely due to black market USDT outflows and panic selling. I suggest stopping withdrawals for now and observing the situation for a few days until things stabilize. A low exchange rate itself isn’t a big issue, but the real concern is receiving illicit funds if you withdraw now.
