This line of tankers carrying Russian Urals crude to India and China tells the story clearly. The green marked vessel is headed to an IOC refinery, with many others bound for Vadinar and Jamnagar some even involving sanctioned ships and sanctioned refineries.
A few cargos from Guyana or elsewhere don’t signal a shift away from Russian crude, especially given the quality differences. The tanker routes speak for themselves.
