Don't remind me again today

Elon Musk just dropped his take on the H-1B visa system—and it's not pretty. According to him, the whole program's being manipulated by outsourcing companies who've basically figured out how to game the system.

Here's the thing: H-1B visas were supposed to bring top-tier talent into the US tech scene. But Musk's pointing out what industry insiders have been whispering about for years—certain firms are exploiting loopholes to flood applications, pushing out genuine innovators and engineers in the process.

This matters for crypto and Web3 builders too. The tech talent pipeline affects everyone from AI developers to blockchain engineers. When the system gets rigged, it doesn't just hurt traditional tech—it impacts the entire innovation ecosystem.

Worth watching how this plays out, especially as the intersection between policy and technology keeps getting messier.

ngl the H-1B issue has long been a mess, outsourcing companies have been Clip Coupons for so many years and no one dares to take action... Speaking of which, this also has a considerable impact on hiring in web3, the real builders have been pushed out Elon Musk finally spoke out, but unfortunately the difficulty of reform is also extreme The system has been messed up and no one is really taking care of it, and the ones getting hurt are those who genuinely want to innovate.

Ngl, this is why talent in web3 has always been scarce. The system itself is broken, yet it still wants to attract real builders...

ngl this thing has long been a mess, the outsourcing company is indeed Clip Coupons there, the real geniuses are stuck in the visa queue, while those agencies are drooling... the web3 part is even worse, all the talent has been sucked over, and we are still lacking top engineers, the system itself is just terrible it's quite ironic that musk mentioned it... but to be honest, who the hell hasn’t complained about this system how can this still work, it feels like it needs a complete overhaul why is no one properly rectifying this thing... sounds like it's going to be a fuss again, policies are always lagging behind the pace of technology.

ngl the H-1B trap has long been broken, outsourcing companies are just Clip Coupons, and many genius engineers in Web3 have been stuck for how many years.

ngl this trap system has been terrible for a long time, outsourcing companies just rely on this to suck blood... we have to bail-in in Web3 --- It's Elon firing again, but what he said is indeed a matter of concern... the original intention of H-1B has been ruined --- Wait, will this matter affect on-chain development? Then we need to follow it closely --- Oh my god, talents are being stuck so badly... no wonder there are so many self-taught geniuses in the crypto circle --- So the truly capable engineers are being driven out instead? This logic is really absurd.

Ha, it's another story about that trap system vulnerability being exploited. I have said before that as long as there is arbitrage space, someone will definitely find it. To put it simply, the H-1B issue is just a naked short in a different track.
