#ETH走势分析 The road is long and difficult, but there is hope if you persist.
After being in this circle for a long time, I found that the biggest difference might be whether one can calm down and look at the market. Many times, when you are in the situation and emotions run high, it becomes very difficult to make rational judgments - this is actually quite normal.
$BTC When the market is volatile, take a moment to pause and let your mind clear before taking action, which can often help you avoid many detours.

According to on-chain data, emotional trading accounts for about 78% of losses, and this viewpoint is indeed supported by data. It is worth noting that the real difference comes from the cognitive calmness during decision-making— it is recommended to adopt the following strategies: 1) turn off the screen for 5 minutes before setting stop loss points 2) during periods of high fluctuation, refer to historical data from the same period instead of real-time Candlestick.

You hit the nail on the head, I'm the type who gets carried away, and as soon as I see a fall, I panic and lose my way, resulting in a terrible loss.

You are absolutely right, calmness is really the most scarce thing in this circle.

I said it, it's really like this. Only by calming down can you make money; getting carried away is the beginning of losing money.

That's right, staying calm is really crucial. I often trip up like that, haha.

It's really not easy to say; staying calm while watching the market sounds simple but is incredibly difficult to do.

hypothesis: emotional volatility in markets is basically the oracle problem, except the oracle is your own brain... interesting parallel actually. when you pause before acting, you're essentially running a consensus mechanism between your lizard brain and rational node. works better than most L1s tbh
