[Coin World] Recently, I looked at the 4-hour chart of DOGE and found something interesting.
In terms of price trends, it has risen significantly compared to 4 PM on November 29, but has fallen back somewhat compared to noon on the 28th. The chart showed a large bullish candlestick, and it closed as a bullish line, with the closing price higher than the opening price, which looks okay. But the problem arises — trading volume is shrinking, and it's obviously less than before in the last few hours, which is a bit awkward. The price is going up, but the volume is not keeping up, which means the upward momentum is weakening.
I looked at a few technical indicators: the MACD currently has no obvious trend, and the histogram has been negative but is slowly getting shorter, indicating that bullish strength is accumulating. The KDJ hasn't shown a golden cross or death cross, but the value is only 10, which is already oversold, in a state of fluctuating downward. Given the current situation of volume-price divergence, we need to be cautious.
If you want to operate, remember a few key points:
Two buy reference prices - 0.14 and 0.14862251, set the long stop loss at 0.14798;
Selling can look at the two levels of 0.1556 and 0.156763, set the stop loss for short at 0.15589;
The support level is at 0.147, and the resistance level is at 0.1556;
The recent high point of the range is 0.15589, and the low point is 0.14798.
Overall, the short-term trend is somewhat tangled, and the insufficient trading volume is a potential risk. When trading, it's more prudent to manage your position carefully.

The shrinkage in volume clearly shows weakness; we have to wait for a pullback before acting.

The shrinkage in volume is indeed heart-wrenching, it feels like this rebound is inflated.

The signal of shrinking volume is not good, it feels like there is not enough momentum.

With the shrinking volume, we really need to be cautious now; it feels like this rebound is quite unreal.

We need to pay attention to the shrinking volume; it feels like a pullback is coming.

Be cautious when the trading volume shrinks; this wave might be hiding a big move.
Trading volume is key; it doesn't matter how much the price rises.
Is KDJ oversold? I think it's a signal to buy the dip.
MACD is inactive, so we should observe for a while.
The divergence between volume and price is always a trap.
DOGE four-hour chart observation: Volume shrinkage hides risks, these key points need to be watched closely.
