Don't remind me again today

Matt Savarese, the head of digital assets at Nasdaq, recently stated that obtaining SEC approval for the tokenization of stocks is their top priority. The team is now fully focused on advancing this matter, primarily researching public feedback.

In simple terms, they don't want to flip the table and start over, but rather they want to introduce the concept of tokenization into the mainstream financial sector within the limits allowed by regulation. Previously, Nasdaq had submitted a rule change application to the SEC, aiming to launch tokenized stock and ETF trading on the main board. If this happens, it would be one of the first major platforms in the United States to legally enable on-chain securities to compete alongside traditional stocks.

Their plan is designed quite cleverly - using a unified order book and relying on the existing clearing system, they have created new tricks while keeping risk under control. If you ask me, this could open up a new situation for the deep integration of traditional securities and blockchain technology, which is definitely a big positive for the crypto market.

Nasdaq is really making a fortune quietly this time, once the SEC gives the green light, it will be a new opportunity.

ngl, the unified order book architecture is the real tell here—nasdaq's basically hedging their regulatory bet while maintaining legacy clearance compatibility. clever risk mitigation or just institutional theater? *pulls up backtesting results*

Nasdaq's move is quite clever; finally, a major institution wants to seriously bring tokenization into the mainstream.

Nasdaq plays this move steadily, using the existing system to trap new technology, no wonder it wants the SEC's nod.

Nasdaq's recent moves are really steady, neither aggressive nor conservative, just slowly legalizing on-chain securities; SEC approval is just a matter of time.

Nasdaq is really trying to take a risk here, but they are quite bold. When the SEC approves it, mainstream finance will truly enter the blockchain, and there will be plenty of fun at that time. Honestly, if a regulatory-friendly proposal passes, it will be a turning point; oh my, the landscape will change. If tokenized stocks are really implemented, it depends on what the SEC thinks; let's observe. Compliance strategies penetrating Wall Street? Sounds feasible, but the devil is in the details.

The Nasdaq is really playing with fire this time. Can the SEC let this go? I doubt it, don’t just create illusions for the suckers here. To be honest, if tokenized stocks really land, traditional and on-chain can indeed combine, but it all depends on the regulatory attitude. It’s a bit early to talk about "smart design" now. It’s good to be optimistic, but don’t forget the lessons of history. Every time a big platform wants to enter a position, they have to play people for suckers first, and those who get on board early end up getting trapped. Think for yourselves. The fact that Nasdaq submitted an application to the SEC is already pumping the sentiment. We have to wait until the approval comes down before we can say anything. Right now, singing high praises is just an old trick. Regulation + risk control + order book sounds "stable", but stability also means there isn’t much room for huge profits, and that’s the real hidden danger.
