If the $CLSK CEO says they are getting hyperscaler interest in bitcoin mining sites, I can imagine it is only a matter of time before $IREN, $CIFR, $RIOT, $WULF and others strike more deals.

“I had a conversation, not with a or anybody like that, but with the senior director of site development for a global hyperscaler last night on my way out. He told us their 2026 forecasts are so constrained that they are already evaluating alternative types of builds just to meet demand for 2026. The takeaway was Sandersville and Sealy, because both sites can be energized. Sandersville is already live and powering 11 exahash of bitcoin miners, but it could switch to a 200 megawatt critical IT load and be online in a reasonable period of time.

An important detail that may have gone unnoticed is the MOU with Submer. CleanSpark does not usually announce MOUs or LOIs unless they are definitive or concrete. It was important to sign this with Submer because of how they run the business. Submer has approved reference architecture for $AMD and $NVIDIA, and they build the entire MEP solution, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, with all the fiber runs.

They take this process out of the field and move it into the factory.
