Why do I say that in a bear market, the only thing you can hold long-term is $BTC ? Buying BTC is a demand in itself, because BTC provides security. I need security, so I buy BTC. Only when people have security do they pursue other things. $ETH and $SOL themselves are useless; you need to buy something, and buying those things requires ETH and SOL, so you end up buying ETH and SOL. For example, if I need to buy Trump tokens, I have to buy some SOL first. If you simply buy ETH and SOL on the secondary market with USDT, it's because you think some people need ETH and SOL to purchase things, and their buying power will drive up the prices of ETH and SOL, so you buy ETH and SOL as well. So if you are a long-term holder of ETH and SOL, you need to worry and be anxious about whether they will become useless. But as a BTC holder, you don't have this problem.
