Don't be fooled by the fact that they buy in large quantities for millions and hundreds of millions in profit; those are their own insiders. When you buy in large amounts, they will directly dump on you and let you act as the market maker.

If you don't have the ability to sit with the market maker to pump, then don't buy so much; the market maker isn't foolish enough to pump for your arbitrage.
