Overview

You can delete your account on the platform's website or mobile app. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access it or view your transaction history or data.

How to Delete Your Account on the Mobile App

1. Log in to the mobile app and navigate to Account Center. Tap the profile section at the top.

2. Go to Security. Scroll down to Manage Account.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Select a reason for the deletion.

5. Carefully read the terms and conditions and select Accept and Continue.

6. If you still have assets in your account, you can select Cancel and transfer your assets to another account first. Otherwise, these assets will be lost and cannot be recovered. Check the confirmation box and tap Delete Account to proceed.

7. Complete the security verification.

8. Your account has been successfully deleted.

Will My Personal Data Be Deleted With My Account?

Although your account can be deleted as requested, please be informed that the platform is legally obligated to retain certain personal data for a period of time following account deletion, such as (i) as required by applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws, or (ii) as necessary for the exercise of our rights in the event of disputes or claims related to any future litigation. Your personal data will be deleted once the mandatory retention period required by applicable laws expires.
