According to the announcement, due to a dispute over a financial loan contract with a certain bank, the People’s Court of Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, has issued a Civil Judgment (No. (2025) Yue 0604 Minchu 28476).

The judgment states that Foshan Times Chuangjie Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is required to repay the principal loan of 78,941,614.53 yuan, interest of 3,687,458.39 yuan, late payment interest of 213,142.36 yuan, and compound interest of 47,349.82 yuan, as well as legal fees of 80,000 yuan and property preservation fees of 5,000 yuan.

Guangzhou Times Holding Group Co., Ltd., as one of the defendants, was ordered to bear joint liability. Meanwhile, the bank has priority rights to recover within the maximum debt amount from the collateral of Guangzhou Haowei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Fusi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and has priority rights to the discounted, auctioned proceeds of the equity in Foshan Times Chuangjie Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. held by Foshan Times Tianyao Investment Co., Ltd. and Foshan Hongkun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.

The litigation costs of 445,210 yuan are jointly borne by Foshan Times Chuangjie Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Times Holding Group Co., Ltd.
