Coinbase CEO: Opposes due to Cryptocurrency Incentive Act potentially reducing user incentives

Mars Finance reports that Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong posted on X stating that if the cryptocurrency reward ban becomes law, the law would benefit Coinbase more because the company has paid out large rewards to USDC holders. However, he does not want this to happen, as rewarding users is more beneficial for customers, and maintaining the competitiveness of regulated stablecoins on the global stage is more advantageous for the United States.
