Iger as the company’s CEO. The appointment will take effect at the company’s annual shareholder meeting on March 18, 2026. At that time, D’Amaro will also join the company’s Board of Directors.
As the head of the company’s largest business segment, D’Amaro currently oversees the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products division, which generated $36 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2025 and employs 185,000 cast members and staff worldwide. D’Amaro has nearly 28 years of experience at Disney.
