This year marks the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan.” The “14th Five-Year Plan” proposals mention “creating new advantages to attract foreign investment” and “improving the foreign business investment service and guarantee system,” expanding the space for two-way investment cooperation.

Huang Zhiming, Vice President of Cisco and CEO of Greater China, stated in an exclusive interview with China Economic Net that this brings new development opportunities for foreign-invested enterprises, including Cisco. As more and more multinational companies establish regional headquarters and global service centers in China, Cisco will also迎来更多潜在商机.

Currently, Cisco has established R&D centers, technical bases, supply chain centers, and global service centers in China. Cisco’s R&D center in China is the third largest after the United States and India.
