Recently, some traders saw that YZI Labs invested in Genius Trading and started to question Aster, even spreading various false rumors. However, it is necessary to clarify a technical reality here: the core engine used by Genius Trading is actually Aster's technology system.

What is the difference? Many people misunderstand "just connecting an API" — that's not the case. Genius Trading integrates Aster's backend matching and Order Book mechanism — which is the deep logic of trading. What Genius Trading is actually doing is redesigning the frontend interface and product experience based on this.

In other words, the underlying architecture of the entire trading matching system is provided by Aster, and Genius only changed the UI and interaction flow. This kind of fuzzy understanding of the project relationship indeed reflects that some people do not have a deep enough understanding of the technical principles. It is recommended that such traders thoroughly understand the basic logic before making decisions.

Here we go again, a bunch of people guessing blindly because they don’t understand, really exhausting. Aster is just Aster, a Genius clone, the underlying logic is the same, what’s there to fuss over? The gap between those who understand technology and those who don’t is so big, is this the current state of our community? Honestly, this kind of FUD is too brainless, so amateurish to do it this way. If the underlying logic is the same, don’t pretend to have discovered some big scoop, it’s pointless. Changing the UI and thinking it’s innovation? Ha. Aster is the real deal, remember that, and that’s enough.
