In the past six months, the trends in corporate digital assets have attracted much attention. Data shows that the amount of Bitcoin in institutional treasuries has increased by 260,000 coins in just six months, a growth rate far exceeding the approximately 82,000 new coins mined during the same period. In other words, corporate asset allocation to Bitcoin is accelerating.
The total size of the corporate BTC treasury has surged from about 854,000 to 1.11 million coins, an increase of nearly 30%. The biggest player here is Strategy, holding approximately 687,000 coins, accounting for 60% of the share. Interestingly, they recently restarted their buying plan, adding 13,627 coins from January 5 to 11, with quite frequent moves.
In second place is MARA Holdings, with a holding size of 53,250 coins. From this pattern, a few institutions are controlling more and more Bitcoin, and market concentration is increasing.
