The U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee announced that its Crypto Market Structure Act will release the text on January 21 and hold a key markup hearing on January 27 at 3:00 PM. The hearing was originally scheduled for January 15 but has been postponed this week. The markup session will allow senators to propose and vote on amendments and decide whether to send the bill to the full Senate for consideration.
