Taking losses is uncomfortable, but for me, it's more about relief—relief that I stopped loss in time and didn't hold onto the position, leaving enough capital to bounce back. If I hadn't set a stop loss, all I would have been waiting for is a liquidation. As I said, taking losses is very painful at the moment, but overall in my trading career, it definitely does more good than harm!
