The competition in the tokenization of real-world assets is getting fiercer, with various projects racing to solve the conflict between compliance and privacy. This time, a different player has entered the scene—Dusk's DuskTrade, which plans to officially launch in 2026 with the goal of bringing over €300 million worth of tokenized securities onto the blockchain.

Behind this effort is a solid partner: NPEX, a Dutch regulated exchange holding MTF, Broker, and ECSP licenses. In simple terms, Dusk has partnered with a licensed institution to handle this, rather than doing it alone.

DuskTrade has a sophisticated approach. Users can trade and invest while protecting their commercial sensitive information and complying with regulatory requirements. This "privacy + compliance" balance has never been achieved before—either information is transparent but privacy is at risk, or privacy is maintained but regulation is difficult. Dusk addresses this challenge with its own Layer 1 modular architecture combined with Hedger privacy technology.

Traditional financial assets like bonds, equities, real estate, and private equity funds can all circulate within this system, offering higher efficiency, better transparency, and enhanced security. Importantly, regulators can also perform audits and see the necessary information—this is true compliance.

The waitlist has been open since January, allowing early participants to experience institutional-level RWA investment firsthand. The wave of on-chain finance is taking shape, and those interested can sign up now to try.

Can privacy + compliance really be achieved? It seems like a story for 2026 to me. Let's wait and see.

Launching only in 2026? Let's see how many projects are still alive by then, haha.

Privacy + compliance is really a false proposition, isn't it? In the end, it still has to be overseen by regulatory authorities. Launching only in 2026, this timeline seems a bit uncertain. Is the license from NPEX real? It does seem quite solid. RWA has been popular for so long, but we haven't seen large amounts of real cash flow in yet. Could this be just another hype? Wait, is the 300 million euros figure the current amount or the target? I just want to know if the Hedger technology's logic can withstand genuine regulatory scrutiny. Is this Dutch exchange reliable? It still depends on actual operational data. Once the compliance angle is opened, the boundaries of privacy instantly disappear. Who would believe it?

Wait, can privacy and compliance really be achieved at the same time? I've seen so many projects face this dilemma. Will Dusk be able to succeed this time?

Finally, someone got the privacy and compliance question right, but launching in 2026 is really a long wait.
