Pack opening vs. Direct Purchase NFT, which is more cost-effective?
The advantage of the Pack mechanism is obvious—lower cost, immediate mXP earnings upon opening, and the ability to upgrade your card collection through synthesis. However, the luck factor in the random drop mechanism cannot be ignored; sometimes you may not get the desired scheme.
From the market purchase NFT perspective, you can precisely lock in the cards you want, with no interference from randomness. The downside is that prices are generally higher, and direct purchases lack the excitement and mXP rewards of opening packs.
In simple terms, Pack is suitable for players with limited budgets who enjoy the thrill of opening; the NFT market is better for those who know exactly what they want and don’t want to rely on luck. Both paths have their own logic.

I'm just saying, the randomness of Packs is the real trap. Do you understand the feeling of going all-in and getting all junk cards?
Direct purchase is spending money, but at least it's reassuring, no need to gamble on luck.
Is the thrill of opening packs worth it? Truly.
When luck is on your side, packs can make a huge profit. When luck is bad... you'd better honestly buy from the market.
Honestly, it all depends on whether you're a gambler or a financial manager. There's no absolute answer.
This game is inherently a game of probability. Don't think there are shortcuts.
Packs are indeed cheap, but my bad luck physique makes me completely unsuitable—lesson learned the hard way.
Actually, only by trying can you know what suits you. Overthinking this issue itself is a loss.

I'm just saying, opening packs is really just gambling psychology at work. It's indeed cheap, but last time I opened ten packs and didn't get the card I wanted at all, I was completely crushed.
It's better to buy directly, even if it's a bit more expensive, at least you know what you're getting. No need to worry every day about drop rates and that broken stuff.
The luck involved in packs is really a factor; sometimes it's even worse than just buying on the market directly.
Some people will definitely criticize me, but that's the truth. The sense of participation can't compare to the pain of losing your entire investment.
The thrill of opening packs is exciting, but unfortunately, my luck is terrible. I think I'll just save money and buy directly, everyone.

The biggest fear of random drops is triggering the liquidation threshold. A streak of bad luck can lead to liquidation... Pack looks cheap, but when calculating the expected value, it might not be worth it. I don't dare to gamble with a 0.73 hit rate.

The feeling of unboxing is really exciting, but as for my luck, don't even ask.
I've tried over ten packs and haven't gotten anything good. I'll just buy directly from now on.
Really, if you have the money, just buy directly to save time.
