I heard about some new tricks for earning points through "羊毛" (wool) hacking, so I need to remind everyone.

The mechanism is like this—completing transfer tasks in the chat room, only the first person to initiate the transfer can receive the points reward. Sounds good? But keep reading.

Someone will ask you to help "complete a task," offering you 5.2 to 5.3U, then you transfer back 5U to them. It sounds like you’re earning a free 0.2 to 0.3U, right? But what is the real cost?

Just do the math. If you invite 10 people to participate in this operation, you need to front 2 to 3U first. How many points do you get in exchange? Only a 5-cent reward. Looking at it from another angle, spending over 3U to buy 5-cent points—this calculation... no matter how you look at it, it’s not very cost-effective.

So everyone, when participating in these chat room tasks, remember to carefully calculate the benefits and costs, and don’t be blinded by the superficial "small profits."

It's the same trick again, I've seen it before. Do they really think people are fools?

This kind of "羊毛薅" (wool pulling) trick is like a slow-acting poison; it seems like a small profit but actually a big pit. --- It's the same old trick of cutting leeks; I've seen it all before. --- Buying 3U for 5 points? Bro, you're calculating too clearly; most people haven't even realized it. --- So it's better to do tasks consistently and not get involved in these crooked ways. --- People keep falling for it every time, it's just ridiculous. --- Be cautious of these kinds of schemes; the chat rooms are full of tricks. --- Transferring money back and forth, in the end, you’re the one losing; this principle must be understood. --- I just want to know who really made money from this? --- If you can't do the math, just don't play; it's that simple. --- It's another "help you complete tasks," as soon as I hear that, I know something's wrong.

It's the same old trick of cutting leeks again. It looks like a bargain, but it's actually a trap.

It's the same old trick of cutting leeks again. I'll just see who still dares to come up.

It's the same automated "cutting leeks" model again; I've seen it before. The tricks never change, only the methods do.

lmao the classic arbitrage trap dressed up as free money... 0.2u spread turns into -3u bleed real quick once you math it out

Another "wool trap" again. I was wondering why someone keeps transferring money in the group, now I see it's this trick. Spending money to buy points? Might as well burn it directly. I've seen through it long ago; these so-called task rewards are all scams, each more ruthless than the last. A three-point advance gets you five points? Their calculations are really clever. Someone always gets caught every time; really need to learn how to read the ledger. No, why do people still believe this? Is earning points through wool-pulling in this broken market? It sounds like making money, but actually, you're losing money. This is ridiculous. Spending 3U to buy 5 points, I'd rather go mine coins.
