Legendary trader Livermore once said something that hits the heart—if you can steadily turn 10,000 into 100,000, then you can turn 1 million into 100 million. Conversely, give you 10 million, and nine out of ten times you'll probably lose it all.

This reveals a harsh truth: what ultimately determines your outcome isn't how much capital you start with, but whether you have a set of stable profit-making methodologies.

But what is the reality? Most people get inflated after earning a little, feeling they are chosen by the heavens, and go all-in recklessly. When they lose, their mindset collapses—this isn't trading; it's capital rapidly deteriorating in a suicidal operation.

To truly grow small funds, you need to master these three things:

**First: Build Your Trading System**

What is your entry signal? MACD golden cross, or a key reversal? Breakout of previous high or a pullback to support? Write it down—no ambiguity.

How do you set your stop-loss? Fixed loss of 2%, or stop when price falls below the moving average? Breakout of candlestick pattern or failure of structural point? Be clear on these.

How do you manage your position size? Fixed lot size or ensure each loss doesn't exceed 2% of total capital? Have you backtested this strategy? What's the win rate? What's the risk-reward ratio? Know your data.

Think through these questions thoroughly, embed them in your mind—only then is your trading system barely qualified. Many people are vague about this, and ultimately trading becomes gambling.

**Second: Review Only the Process**

Starting today, don’t rush to see if you made or lost money when reviewing your trades. Ask yourself four questions:

Did my entry follow the rules? Did I stick to my stop-loss? Did I manage my position size strictly according to plan? After making money, did greed defeat me?

Remember one iron law—if you lose according to the rules, give yourself a thumbs-up. That’s called a beautiful loss. But those who make money impulsively? They only set themselves up for a worse downfall next time. That kind of profit is toxic.

**Third: Believe in the Power of Your System**

A system that has been thoroughly backtested, with a win rate of only 40% but a risk-reward ratio of 3:1, is like a printing press. The key? Don’t doubt yourself after losing two or three trades—stop searching for indicators to switch.

Why? Because if your system hasn't executed at least 100 trades, you don’t even have the qualification to evaluate it. The real goal isn’t to doubt and tinker after a few losses, but to mechanically repeat this process like a machine—execute 100, 1,000 times, letting time and probability become your strongest allies. Compound interest is how your account truly multiplies.

That’s the three iron laws. But here’s a very real problem—99% of people, after hearing this, still can’t do it. Why? Because trading is fundamentally a battle against human nature. It’s not satisfying, exciting, or providing quick gratification; it’s a counter-humanity discipline. Only those who endure this discipline can truly witness the miracle of account growth.

Sounds all right, but who can really do it? Uh... I'll go lose a few rounds first and then decide.

The system and mindset are a hundred times more important than the principal, but unfortunately most people simply can't listen.

Damn, that's really true. Most people, about 99%, simply can't get through this psychological barrier.
