Is a monthly salary of 10,000 considered high?

I found that when people achieve a little success, they tend to show off. I have a friend who is very capable of earning money on his own.

Plus, in the past year or two, his luck has been good, and he has made some money. He really is quite boastful, for example, a friend of mine earns 10,000 yuan a month, and I said that's pretty good!

He replied, "10,000 yuan is too little." I asked him, do you know how many people in the country earn more than 10,000 yuan a month?

Then I asked him, the employee he hired at his previous company was paid 3,000 yuan. How many hours did they work in a day? That 10,000 yuan would be enough to pay her for three months.

My own earning ability is also decent, but I always attribute 90% of what I have to luck, not denying effort. In fact, I haven't stopped growing for a single day. The saying "fall behind and get beaten" is engraved in my bones.

But I know very well that there are many diligent people in this world, and being able to work towards a result-oriented goal is already a blessing of fate. Because of this, I am grateful and respectful for what I have, and I have developed more understanding for others.

I constantly remind myself not to mythologize success, not to look down on those who struggle. Moreover, I think that being a white-collar worker earning 10,000 yuan a month is really quite excellent.
