Instead, they've drawn a clear line around what they actually own: specific use cases where decentralized identity becomes genuinely indispensable, not just nice-to-have. That kind of focus tends to win. When you know exactly what problem you're solving and for whom, execution gets sharper, product gets tighter, and market fit comes faster.
