The official statement says, “We will ensure all affected users receive refunds,” emphasizing that supporting impacted users is the top priority. Currently, they are preparing the refund process, and further instructions and next steps will be announced later.

Trust Wallet states that this incident only affects the browser extension version 2.68. The official recommends users “do not open v2.68 on desktop” and to quickly go to the Chrome extension page to disable and upgrade to v2.69.
