Looking back at the trading journey over the past few years, from the initial confused Newbie who chased the price and sold with bearish market based on news, to now having developed my own stable trading system, the biggest realization is: investment ultimately cultivates one's mindset.

I still remember the night of my first significant loss. I stubbornly held onto my position instead of cutting my losses, resulting in a loss of more than half of my principal. This lesson made me realize that in order to survive in the market, risk is always more important than profit. From then on, I began to establish strict trading discipline—setting stop losses for every trade and never exceeding thirty percent of my capital.
I have slowly learned to wait and understand the essence of "better to miss out than to make a mistake." Now I review my trades weekly, documenting the emotional changes and decision-making logic for each transaction. There are no shortcuts in investing; true growth comes from every reflection and summary. Let us encourage each other, and may we all find our own rhythm in the market.
