- Paid Advertising is Prohibited:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using Gate-related brand terms for paid advertising on social media or advertising platforms. In particular, impersonating Gate officials or making misleading statements is not allowed. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, paid advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, and other search engines or social media, using terms such as "Gate", "Gate login", "Gate official", and "Gate referral".
- Creation of Similar Websites is Prohibited:
- Affiliates are prohibited from creating third-party websites that resemble Gate or directing users to download such sites. This includes:
- Pages mimicking the official Gate homepage.
- Phishing sites closely resembling Gate (www.gate.com) which may confuse users.
- Websites with excessive clickable Gate logos.
- Promotion in Restricted Areas is Prohibited:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from sharing Gate referral links or promotional content on public social platforms in regions where Gate services are restricted. For details, refer to Section 2.3 of the User Agreement.
- Use of Similar Social Media Accounts is Prohibited:
- Affiliates are prohibited from creating or using social media accounts resembling Gate for promotional purposes on platforms including but not limited to X, Facebook, YouTube, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu.
- Impersonation of Gate's Official Identity is Prohibited:
- Affiliates are prohibited from sending invitation emails or SMS messages impersonating Gate officials.
- Engaging in Damaging Acts is Prohibited:
- Affiliates in cooperation with Gate must not slander, do damage, or engage in any actions against Gate.
For Affiliates who violate any of the above provisions, Gate reserves the right to revoke their Affiliate status and commission rebate qualification, add them to the Affiliate Blocklist, and terminate all future collaborations with them.
